The Zahntium Implant 3313 is a narrow-platform dental implant with a 3.3mm diameter and 13mm length, designed for single-tooth replacement in the anterior and premolar regions where adequate vertical bone height is present. The extended 13mm length provides exceptional primary stability by engaging the full depth of the alveolar bone, including the denser apical cortical layer. This implant is ideal for patients with sufficient bone height but limited mesiodistal or buccolingual width, such as in the mandibular incisor region or maxillary lateral incisor sites.
