Terms of Refund
Eligibility
- Refunds are available for:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Opened consumables (e.g., dental materials, adhesives).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [customer service email] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Approval: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back: Return the item(s) unused, in original packaging, with the RA number.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Shipping Costs
- Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for defective/wrong items are free of charge. Contact us to arrange.
Disputes
- Unresolved issues may be escalated to the Dubai Economic Department or relevant UAE authorities.
